Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly through NUMA Bali’s websites. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the specific Terms and Conditions related to the details of your stay.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any other applicable specific Terms and Conditions relevant to NUMA Bali (“Terms and Conditions”), shall apply to your room bookings and form a legal agreement between PT COVE DEVELOPMENTS BALI (“NUMA Bali”) and you. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the specific Terms and Conditions related to your booking, the specific Terms and Conditions will prevail. Please take a moment to read them. By making a booking and agreeing to stay at NUMA Bali, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Rates quoted are based on your period of stay and are subject to change if you modify your arrival and/or departure dates. Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may vary if you choose to stay in a different room category from the one originally booked. You may contact our guest experience team to make changes to your reservation unless it was booked through third-party providers. Any extension of stay will be charged based on the rate at the time of the extension or the rate quoted by our guest experience team. Children are permitted but must remain under full supervision and responsibility of their parents. Please ensure children maintain a minimum noise level to avoid disturbing other guests. Additional charges apply for children from 3 years old and above. All charges for your stay will be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email. All charges for your stay will be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Blackout dates may apply. Bookings are non-transferable, and no name changes are allowed.

Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is by 12 PM. An additional fee will be charged hourly for late check-out before 17:00, at 50% of the room rate, and after 17:00, a full room rate will be charged, based on availability. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in. If you arrive before the check-in time and your room is not ready, our guest experience team will assist you with luggage storage until your room is available. If you require guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the room for the night before your arrival.

We are committed to providing a comfortable and healthy environment for all our guests. Therefore, we enforce a strict non-smoking policy throughout the property. Smoking, including the use of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and stairwells. All guest rooms, suites, and accommodations are designated as non-smoking. Guests found smoking in their rooms will be subject to a fine of IDR 3,000,000 for non-smoking rooms. Additional fees may apply on a case-by-case basis.

NUMA Bali bears no liability for any accidents, whether bodily or material, loss of life, and/or property damage, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and litigation costs, resulting from any swimming pool accidents or incidents occurring within the entire villa area. NUMA Bali is not responsible for any child’s safety. Drones, pets, and durians are not allowed in the villa area. If you require the use of a drone, please let us know, and our team will gladly help make arrangements due to guest privacy concerns.

For your convenience, a safety box is provided in each room. NUMA Bali does not accept liability for any valuables left in your room. Should you require additional space for your belongings, please inform the front desk, and we will assist you accordingly. Please be aware that entering the villa area is at your own risk. As NUMA Bali is located on a tropical island, near forests, rice fields, and gardens, we are not liable for any disturbances or issues related to the natural environment, such as insects or animals. All cash payments or deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. For your safety, leaning, climbing, or engaging in any dangerous activities near the edge of the swimming pool is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the property is monitored by security 24/7 to ensure the safety of our guests. However, NUMA Bali is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, and we strongly encourage guests to use the in-room safe provided for secure storage of valuables.

By staying at NUMA Bali, you consent to our collection, use, storage, and/or disclosure of your personal data to authorized parties. This data will be used to manage your booking, respond to requests, conduct surveys on your stay preferences, improve guest experiences, ensure safety, and comply with any applicable policies or regulations. You guarantee that all information you provide to NUMA Bali is accurate and complete. If you use our digital check-in service, you allow NUMA Bali to access your location data and biometric information to facilitate this process. If you wish to remove your email or contact details from our database after your stay, please contact our guest experience team at info@numabali.com.

NUMA Bali offers free parking for all guests.

NUMA Bali is not liable for any delays or failures to fulfill its obligations under this agreement if such delays or failures are caused by Force Majeure events or your non-compliance with our safety policies. NUMA Bali may choose to cancel your booking with written notice, refunding any payments made, in such cases. We reserve the right to revise, alter, or delete any portion of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. You agree to hold NUMA Bali harmless for any liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of your reservation and stay.
